These Terms of Use govern the use of the platform and services provided by CONNECT KINGDOM, INC., a company registered in the United States, headquartered in Texas, hereinafter referred to as "CONNECT KINGDOM", to its users ("USER").

By contracting, accessing, or using any functionality of the Connect Kingdom platform, the USER declares to be aware of and in full agreement with these Terms.

bject and Functionalities
CONNECT KINGDOM offers an automation and communication platform for churches, ministries, and faith organizations, with functionalities such as:

  • Integrations with WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram
  • Control panel for contact and campaign management
  • Automated dispatch of devotionals, events, and content
  • Scheduling of messages and personalized services
  • Segmentation by groups, members, or visitors
  • File and media storage
  • Engagement reports and statistics
  
  The use of the platform implies full and unrestricted acceptance of these Terms.

  esponsible Use and Platform Rules
  

  2.1 R

  esponsibility for use
  CONNECT KINGDOM provides the technological infrastructure but is not responsible for how the USER uses the platform. All actions, content, and communications sent are the sole responsibility of the USER.
  
  

  2.2 R

  ules of integrated platforms
  The USER must fully comply with the Terms and Policies of the platforms used, such as:

  Non-compliance may result in blocks, suspensions, or banning of the account by the platform itself, without any responsibility of CONNECT KINGDOM.
  
  

  2.3 M

  essage dispatch and spam
  It is strictly prohibited to:
  
  • Send mass messages without consent;
  • Use purchased lists or without legal basis;
  • Promote offensive, sensitive, or discriminatory content;
  • Violate GDPR or international data protection policies.
  
  Any violation may result in suspension of services and possible civil and criminal legal liabilities for the USER.

  echnical Limitations
  The USER is aware that each integrated platform (especially WhatsApp and Telegram) imposes specific technical limits, such as:
  
  • Maximum size of videos, images, and documents (e.g., up to 2GB on WhatsApp);
  • Media expiration time (e.g., 5 days);
  • Message limits per 24h varying according to account level;
  • Incompatibility with certain media formats or high-frequency files.

  4. U

  SER Obligations
  The USER agrees to:
  
  • Use the platform ethically, transparently, and within legality;
  • Keep account data updated and truthful;
  • Respect the limits of the platforms used;
  • Store own backups of media, messages, and contacts;
  • Assume full responsibility for any blocking, suspension, or damage resulting from improper use of the tool or non-compliance with the Terms and applicable laws.

  echnical Support
  CONNECT KINGDOM technical support is available Monday through Friday, from 10am to 5pm (Houston, Texas time), through the official service channel available on the company's website.
  
  

  6. D

  ata Protection
  CONNECT KINGDOM complies with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and other applicable legislation in the US and internationally, ensuring:
  
  • Secure information storage;
  • Use of data only for contracted purposes;
  • Deletion or export of data upon formal request.
  
  

  7. R

  ight of Withdrawal
  If the contracting is done digitally or remotely, the USER may withdraw within 7 calendar days from confirmation, according to the Consumer Protection Code (Brazil) and international consumer practices.
  
  

  8. F

  inal Provisions
  • The use of the platform implies total and automatic acceptance of the Terms;
  • CONNECT KINGDOM may change this document at any time, with publication on the official website;
  • The transfer of the access account without express authorization is prohibited;
  • These Terms are governed by the applicable laws in the United States and in the contractor's country;
  • Elected forum: Montgomery County, Texas - USA, or place of domicile of the contractor, when required by law.
  
  By using the Connect Kingdom platform, the USER declares to be fully aware of the rules established herein, exempting the company from any responsibility for the content, strategies, or methods adopted by them.
